This enchanting Art Studio has been converted into a Guest House for those who want to live the true spirit of Cartagena. Located in the heart of the old colonial city you will find yourself immersed in rich pre-Colombian history with all the comforts from home. Inside, sculptures still abound giving it a very unique and peaceful atmosphere.

As all colonial houses from the XVlll century, CASATATIZ was built around a central patio with a fountain. It has an area of 270 sq. meters and capacity for 5 people.

It’s large colonial salon still reveals some original al fresco paintings. It includes a dining porch, and a solar rooftop terrace or “mirador”, ideal for sunbathing or watching the sunset.

It has two bedrooms each one with a new full bath, air conditioning, Tv cable, and wireless internet:

Romeo:
located on the ground floor overlooking the central patio, it has large open space, and high ceilings with fans. The room has a full private bathroom, a closet, a desk and two doble beds  and a sigle extra bed.

Julieta:
Located on the second floor, it has a private balcony facing the central patio. bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful tumbled marble bathroom. It is comfortable and charming

Mirador:
This rooftop desk is on the top level. Adorned with a bougainvillea pergola and a rubber tree, It  offers a cool shade to relax in the afternoon.  It’s a magical place to be at sunset with its magnificent view over the roofs of the antique city.
